Patsalos Developers is located in the beautiful town of Larnaca and is well known among the people of Cyprus as a trusted and reliable company. Owner and manager of Patsalos Developers is Mr. George C. Patsalos.

 

Members of our staff are licenced Real Estate Brokers in the United States, under the State of Florida and registered under Skyline Realty International (SRI) in Miami. SRI is one of the leading Real Estate companies within the Miami (Brickell) area and a full-service residential brokerage arm of Skyline Equities Realty. In addition, they have affiliations with the National Association of Realtors(NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB).

 

Patsalos Developers is a member of Patsalos Group of Companies. Cosmea Gardens Ltd, is one of the biggest and oldest flowershops in Cyprus. It is located in Larnaca and is serving our clients both locally and on the World Wide Web with our online store.

Kitmaron Investments Ltd is a company which invests in different opportunities throughout the island, mainly for land and plot acquisitions.
