Patsalos Developers is a family owned business specializing in residential and commercial properties in Larnaca. We have recently finished our brand new state of the art office and are seeking a full time Sales Representative, with potential to grow.

 

We are looking for energetic, creative and passionate professionals who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to grow within the real estate industry. We offer excellent earning potential, which will include a base salary and a commission contingent upon performance in sales. There is a 3 year minimum experience in the Cyprus Market required, a high school degree, proficiency in English, Greek and ideally Russian. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work proactively to generate sales leads. Follow up on all traffic generated through advertising, promotions and phone/in-person visits.

· Responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships.

· Actively market all available properties. This includes meeting prospective clients, viewing properties and building features, promotions, and other activities designed to attract clients.

· Perform all ancillary functions required to complete a sale or lease transaction. This includes qualifying prospective clients, preparing lease/sale documents, and completion of move-in procedures and paperwork in a timely manner.

· Conduct extensive market surveys and other activities to gather information on the competition.
